We strive to be as sustainable as possible in all that we do. From the food we grow in our Kitchen Garden and on our Small Holding, to the local farmers, rearers and artisan producers we work with. We want to reduce food miles and focus on life balance. We believe it is our responsibility to respect our environment and represent the rich food heritage and culture of the area that we live in. Offering a product that is super seasonal, using as much of the produce as we can, exactly when it is harvested and using traditional methods to preserve the rest. We believe the future lies in the past, in the knowledge and understanding of how to work with nature.

What's Growing On

We are currently harvesting:

Sweetcorn, Beetroots, Courgette, Celery & Kale. All of which feature on our menu.

We are are also covering any empty beds for the winter ready for next spring planting.

We have learned a lot from our first full year of growing and are already planning what to grow next year.
